Welcome, vendors, and thank you for your interest in the Osceola County Fair! The 2025-2026 Vendor Handbook has been updated to provide you with a comprehensive guide to exhibiting at the Osceola County Fair. ALL vendors will be required to complete the application packet, regardless of their history with our event. We continue to update files and ask for cooperation as we do so. Also, please note that ALL VENDORS will be required to submit a $300 Operating Deposit. Details can be found within the Vendor Handbook.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS

We at the Osceola County Fair are proud that our vendors experience success, and as such, often return year after year. After renewals, there is typically a minimal space available. However, when availability does arise, our Vendor Committee reviews all applications received in search of unique applicants who take pride in their space and serve quality products. For consideration, please return a completed application, available in the Vendor Handbook.
Upon receipt, you will receive confirmation that your information has arrived, and you will be contacted should a space become available. No phone calls, please.

Non-food outdoor spaces are currently available for 2026. Space is limited, so we will make our best effort to accept unique vendors. Please complete the application, available in the Vendor Handbook, for consideration.

OSCEOLA COUNTY FAIR MARKETPLACE

Attention Marketplace Vendors

VENDORS WANTED: The Osceola County Fair Marketplace is looking for fine arts vendors, home-based businesses, and other creative retail vendors. There is no promise of exclusivity, so there may be several jewelry vendors or photography vendors, etc. However, efforts will be made to choose a variety of these items so that no two vendors are selling the exact same product.

*Last year’s Osceola County Fair attendance was over 80,000 for the duration of the fair.

**There will be a beer garden and a stage set up in the space for all attendees, once people have entered the beer garden area (AKA the EXPO HALL) they will not be allowed to leave until they are done with their drink, or they have thrown it away. This provides opportunities for food and retail sales.

***The Marketplace will open at 4 pm on the first Friday. On all other days it will open at NOON each day and vendors must stay open until 10:00 pm unless they sell out of their goods.
