General Manager, Miranda Muir
Miranda was born and raised in New Berlin, Illinois where she spent many years volunteering, working, and attending the Sangamon County Fair. Her Grandfather served on the Board of Directors there for more than 20 years and instilled in Miranda, and her sisters, the importance of agriculture, education, and hard-work. Through Fairs she has been blessed with the opportunity to meet many amazing and talented people, develop life-long personal and professional relationships, and is now proud to have her dream job, Fair Manager.

Miranda and her husband Steve arrived in Kissimmee in 2013 and welcomed their first child, a son, in April 2015. They are thankful to be a part of the KVLS Family and proud to devote time and effort to organizing and improving the Osceola County Fair each year.

Director of Special Events & Education, Stacey Wade, CFE,

Stacey Wade joined the Kissimmee Valley Livestock Show & Osceola County Fair team in May 2017 as the Director of Special Events & Education. Stacey comes with 15 years’ experience as the Director of Competitive Events & Education at the Central Florida Fair in Orlando. Ms. Wade was responsible for developing and managing the agricultural and educational programs. In 2017, she also had the opportunity to redesign and redefine the Arts and Culinary Program including producing the Waste 2 Wonder competition, a successful youth fashion show and an interactive Farm to Table Exhibit. Stacey brings a wealth of experience to our event and her dedication to the promotion of agriculture and education of area youth sets her apart in her field.

Stacey serves on the International Association of Fairs & Expos and the Florida Federation of Fairs Agriculture Committees in addition to the Orange County Public Schools Career and Technical Advisory Board and the Florida Cattlemen’s’ State Finals Ranch Rodeo Board. She is also a graduate of the IAFE’s Institute of Fair Management and has earned the distinguished title of the IAFE’s Certified Fair Executive.

Stacey lives in Winter Garden with her two daughters Ashley and Sarah.

Administrative Assistant, Jacquie Santiago
Jacquie has been working alongside Kissimmee Valley Livestock for 10 years. Her involvement started when she served as a leader in 4-H for 8 and a half years and volunteered with the Youth Exhibits Committee during the fair. After three years of serving as the seasonal secretary, she was hired as the KVLS administrative assistant. And since then, she's been happily greeting everyone who comes to the office and helping them with whatever they need.

The agricultural field isn't unfamiliar to Jacquie. Her understanding of agriculture comes from her teenage years spent on her family’s farm in Minnesota.

The U.S. Air Force brought her to a base in Florida where she met her husband, Tito, and raised and homeschooled their three children. Today, Jacquie, Tito and their youngest daughter, Leah, enjoy lending support to KVLS throughout the year and especially during the Osceola County Fair.
