I, the buyer understand that full payment is due to the fair office by March 1st. After the date there will be a 5% late fee added to my account.
In the event payments is not received , KVLS may pursue all legal remedies. in any collection matter, KVLS shall have the right to collect all fees and cost including attorney's fees and court costs.
Further, KVLS may charge the credit card provided for the full amount due on March 2nd if payment is not timely received by March 1st.
