LET’S GET READY FOR THE FAIR!
We would like to invite you to be a part of our 69th annual County Fair. 2012 fair attendance was over 88,000. The facilities here at Osceola Heritage Park are state of the art. The Silver Spurs Rodeo will be running the second weekend of the fair. The 2013 fair will run from February 8th through February 17th.
Opening hours for the inside vendors will be as follows:
5 pm - 9 pm, Monday-Thursday
Noon - 10 pm Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays (the last Sunday, close at 7 pm)

Food Vendors Only
Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at the Osceola County Fair. Please email or mail your contact information, menu, price list and a picture. For more information, contact us.
We are offering you indoor and outdoor space.
Indoor space (as available) is leased on a basis of $350 for a 10x10 space, $520 for a 20X10, or $650 for a 30X10. Along with your space you will receive One-10-day pass and ten-1-day passes (additional passes are available at a discounted rate), one table, two chairs, standard electrical outlets, drapes and skirting. Larger space sizes are available. We are planning indoor activities/entertainment to draw the crowds to you! See Inside layout.
Outdoor space - non food (as available) is leased on a basis of $450 for 10X10 and $20 per foot for each additional foot frontage. Your booth must be self contained. There is no tent, and in Florida we never know what the weather will be. Some electric is available; you will be notified if we have electric available for you. You may use generators if they are ultra quiet. Along with your space you will receive One-10-day pass and ten-1-day passes (additional passes are available at a discounted rate).
Interest in the facility is creating a heightened demand for exhibit space. If you are interested in leasing a space you will need to fill out the appropriate form: Inside Form or Outside Form. The forms are available by downloading them off this page or from the downloads page, e-mail, or contact me to mail you the form. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required on approval. The balance will be due no later than January 4, 2013.
Insurance requirements: In order to comply with this provision, the Exhibitor shall purchase at its own expense $500,000.00 of single limit liability insurance from an insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Florida. Such insurance coverage shall be evidenced by a provision that the Osceola County Fair, and the Osceola County Commission as Additional Insured, shall be hold harmless from liability as provided above.
Spaces are limited so please get your deposit in as soon as possible so we can get your reservations made early.
