Exhibitor ID Badge Information
To 4-H/FFA Exhibitors, Parents/Guardians::
For the 2012 Fair, KVLS will be issuing a photo ID for Exhibitors ONLY as your admission pass. This ID will be the entry pass into the Fair for the exhibitor only and must be worn with photo visible at all times while in exhibit areas. Exhibitor Parents will be issued (2) 10 day admission passes (no photo id).
Exhibitors must have their picture taken if they did not have their picture taken in 2011. If you are not sure contact the fair office to verify. (even if you had your picture taken before).
Pictures will be taken on registration day in the KVLS office, January 14, 9 am-Noon ONLY. If the exhibitor cannot be at registration day, you must come to the KVLS office between 9:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday, January 17 thru Friday, January 20. If the exhibitor does not get their picture taken during these times, they will forfeit their pass for free admission.
LEADERS: Please insure that this information is relayed to all exhibitors and parents. Remember ALL Exhibitors must have their picture taken during the dates above. Any persons not exhibiting in the Fair, but who will be working a Food Booth will continue to be issued one daily pass through the 4-H office-not Fair Office. This information must be coordinated directly to 4-H.
In the event that a photo ID is lost, please contact the KVLS office and a replacement ID may be issued at a cost of $10.00 each.

Thursday, February 9th by 5:30pm in the KVLS Office
Market Steer/Beef Heifer/Lamb Exhibitors
Monday, February 6th – Thursday, February 9th, anytime between 8am and 5pm in the KVLS Office
ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS
Sunday, February 5th, between 3pm and 6pm, Youth Exhibitor check-in, Exhibition Hall. If you are only showing rabbit or poultry, pick up at KVLS office,Thursday, February 9th, 5-7pm
